How do I keep my purchases fresh?
Please store your butter cookies in room temperature. Avoid high humidity and direct sunlight.
Our butter cookies can be fresh up to 2 weeks , but please follow the "best before" date on the back of the information card.
How does shipping works?
Cutoff time is every Sunday at 12pm PST. Any order placed after 12pm will roll over to next week.
We ship every Monday with UPS Ground Shipping. All shipments should be received within 1-3 business days.
We carefully wrap our cookies in multiple layers of cushions for protection, but we are NOT responsible for any damage or loss once we hand them off to UPS.
How does local pick up works?
Cutoff time for pick up order is every Friday at 12pm PST. Any order placed after 12pm will roll over to next week.
Pick up is 10AM every Saturday at Liberation Coffee House (6725 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038).

Can I cancel my order?
Please note that all orders are final sale so we do not accept order cancel request.
What is your return/ refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of butter cookie, we currently do not accept returns on any purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, please contact us at saltbuttercookie@gmail.com. We will address your concerns and accommodate when possible.
